Since 2004, the Douglas Institute has organized Frames of Mind, an evening series that showcases films dealing either directly or indirectly with mental health problems. Each screening is followed by a discussion between the audience and a Douglas expert who specializes in the mental health disorder highlighted in the film.
Section : Mini-Psych School
By bringing together experts in the fields of psychology and psychiatry with members from the community, the Mini-Psych School will provide easily accessible information about the brain and mental disorders, why they appear, what happens when they appear and ways to treat them.
